9 Reasons to Love Sweet Potatoes
Health Benefits of Sweet Potatoes

Now, you're thinking 'Okay, great.  But Sweet potato pies?  That's a whole another story.  Probably filled with butter and sugar...all that stuff that desserts are loaded with'.

I know, whenever I think baked goods and pastries, I think the same thing.

So I tweaked and worked on it over 10 years, and came up with an acceptable recipe with a good balance of taste and nutrition.  Of course, there is some butter and sugar in it.   Real, butter and sugar - none of that fake stuff.  These wholesome yummy babies are 90% sweet potato.  The other 10% consist of pecans, butter, brown sugar, and brown rice flour.  That's it.  Not bad, right?
